A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), Dominique leverages her background in Talent Development and Management Consulting to design and facilitate talks, conferences, workshops, training programs and other educational material around inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, psychological safety, multi-cultural inclusion, allyship, and more.

Through her expertise, Dominique offers a nuanced understanding of how identity, privilege, and bias shape the workplace and society as she uses practical strategies, engaging storytelling, and evidence-based insights to guide teams on their journey toward greater inclusivity and accountability.
With a focus on driving systemic transformation, Dominique believes that true multi-cultural inclusion begins with self-awareness, courageous conversations, and sustained efforts to dismantle racism and inequity.

Dominique is a leading voice in decolonizing anti-racism education in the workplace and beyond. A dynamic speaker and educator, she delivers impactful and transformative workshops, keynotes and consultations for small and global companies alike, as well as non-profits and educational institutions.
As a community, BLACK.BY.US is about empowerment, connection, creating networks and sparking conversations around racial justice, self-healing, asserting & celebrating identities, and reclaiming the narrative. As such, a significant part of Dominique's mission revolves around delivering targeted individual- and group coaching in various fields such as career development for marginalized groups, anti-racist education for children, or harnessing the potential of neurodivergence.

Based in Belgium and born in Kinshasa (DR Congo) to a multi-ethnic family, Dominique brings both personal and professional insights to her work. As a proud single mom of two fun & witty little Black boys and an accomplished professional navigating life with ADHD, she draws on her lived experience to advocate for diverse voices, equitable opportunities, and creating inclusive spaces for all, including those navigating the intersection of professional and personal identities.
