Here’s how it works:
Step-by-Step Process

Complete the sign-up form, providing details about your background, career goals, and preferences.

Mentees share specific areas where they seek guidance, while mentors highlight their expertise and interests in supporting mentees.
Step 2: Matching Process

Our team carefully reviews applications to ensure thoughtful, value-driven matches based on career goals, industry experience, and shared interests.

Both mentors and mentees will be notified of their match and receive guidance on how to initiate the relationship.
Step 3: Orientation and Onboarding
Participants will attend an orientation session that sets expectations, introduces best practices, and equips both mentors and mentees with tools for a successful mentoring journey.
Step 4: Mentorship Engagement
​6 hours spread over 4 months
(time split to be agreed with mentor based on availability and preference)

Mentors and mentees collaborate to establish goals and define the structure of their mentoring relationship.

Regular check-ins and structured sessions will ensure productive conversations and measurable progress (recommended bi-weekly)

Use provided templates, such as personal development plans and session summaries, to track progress and stay aligned.

Important note about scheduling & preparation: As a Mentee, you are in the driver seat for your development and are expected to initiate the meeting requests and prepare adequately before each session (including any follow-up actions from previous sessions)
Step 5: Access Workshops and Resources
Throughout the program, participants gain access to exclusive workshops, resources, and tools on topics like personal branding, overcoming barriers, networking, and leadership development.
Step 6: Ongoing Support and Feedback

Our team is available to support participants throughout their journey, addressing challenges, answering questions, and refining processes as needed.

Step 7: Celebrate Success and Pay It Forward
